Cord strapping tensioner, pneumatic cord strap tensioner

CPT-40 pneumatic strapping tool is to use fiber strap together with packing buckles to blind goods. Manually put the fiber strap around the baling bag, wear the packing buckle, put the strap into the baling machine, tighten the baling bag and cut the strap.
This tool is specially designed for bundle of items with composite strap and packing buttons.
Width range of composite strap:25-32-40mm
Please do not use packing belt as bracket.

CPT-40 pneumatic strapping tool is to use fiber strap together with packing buckles to blind goods. Manually put the fiber strap around the baling bag, wear the packing buckle, put the strap into the baling machine, tighten the baling bag and cut the strap.
Requirement on air pressure:0.6~0.8Mpa(87~116psi)
Gas source:Inner diameter of air hose should be more than 6.4mm. Strapping tool should be as close to gas source as possible and any joints at the middle of the hose should be avoided so that gas flow is sufficient.
